Vendor session: How can technology vendors help in-house legal to solve the user adoption problem?
Time: 5:45 pm - 12:00 am
Date: Day 1 - Monday 3 February 2020
Theatre: Main Stage
You’ve spent months reviewing the contract, you’ve signed and now you’re on your own. Or are you?
Tech vendors will consider:
– their user adoption programme, input into training and onboarding, training materials provided
– what they’ve learned from clients who have been successful at embedding innovation and how they’ve adapted their product
– how in-house legal clients differ from private practice and what this means for onboarding and early support levels
Three technology business leaders will each present for 10-minutes on how they are solving the user adoption problem. This will be followed by a discussion with a corporate legal panel on stage, and Q&A from the audience.
