Emma Young




Emma Young is a Director, eDiscovery Consulting and Business Development at Consilio, a global leader in Legal Consulting & Legal Services.

Emma Young has over 15 years of experience in the field of eDiscovery with previous roles at Latham and Watkins and Allens – Linklaters. There, Emma gained an in depth understanding of complex litigation matters and how technology can help manage electronically stored data.

Since joining Consilio, Emma has been involved in hundreds of eDiscovery projects involving millions of documents. She has advised and consulted on some of the most complex eDiscovery challenges clients face on a daily basis. From keyword analysis through to technology assisted review, Emma has saved clients costs and time through the use of analytics and other advanced eDiscovery tools. More specifically, Emma drafted the protocol used on the first predictive coding matter in the TCC court following the new TCC protocols as well as advises regularly on construction matters.

Emma holds the prestigious Relativity Master certification and is recognised in the industry as one of the most knowledgeable experts. Emma has a unique breadth of technical expertise combined with an innate understanding of what lawyers are seeking to achieve on high stakes matters.

In 2018 Emma was the global winner of the Lit Support All Star Award at the Relativity Innovation Awards.
