An experienced Purchasing & Supply Chain professional who joined Lloyds Banking Group in 2012, took on the lead Legal Services Sourcing role in 2014 and was instrumental in implementing the BusyLamp eBilling solution into Lloyds in 2016/17.
He has also had a number of senior management positions in supply chain assessment and accreditation organisations, including being responsible for business and product development.
Prior to this he had several different procurement roles including Director of Group Purchasing at Bradford & Bingley up to 2004 but he started his working career as a Print Production Manager.
Sandy became a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply in 2013.
